Weddings, Reunions, Portraits and More
Crossroads' scenic locations are perfect for celebrations including weddings, family reunions and more. With pond and lake views, acres of woodlands and historic buildings that can accommodate up to 250 guests, we offer many unique and beautiful options for your special event.
Wedding Information
Our 2014 Camp Wing Weekend Wedding package is priced $5000 and is based on:

Exclusive use of the Camp Wing site on Saturday (typically arriving at 9am)

Availability of the site from Friday afternoon, for decoration and set up (typically available after 4pm)

Departure time of midnight for guests not staying overnight

Up to 100 guests
-
Use of ceremony site (Keene Pond Grove, Weston Howland Pavilion, Munroe Council Ring or Ziskind Hall capacities 200+)
-
Use of folding chairs or wooden benches at ceremony site
-
Use of reception venue (Bernard Alexander Dining Hall max. capacity 200)
-
Use of tables and chairs (set up how you like)

Use of kitchen for professional vendor

2 hours of facilitated programming on Saturday (Boating, Archery, Climbing Wall, etc.)

A pre-event visit with one of our Program Coordinators to finalize details for the day
Optional additions include:

$25 per person over 100 guests on Saturday

$25 per person for overnight accommodation (check out time is at 11am)

$150 per hour late check-out fee on Sunday (departure by 1pm)

$250 General Liability Insurance (required but can be provided by your own insurance company)

$150 Alcohol Liability Insurance (required if you intend to do have alcohol but can be provided by your own insurance company or a bar company)

Any additional Camp Activities (pricing available upon request)
We typically book a year out and currently have weekend availability during Spring and Fall 2014 for exclusive use of Camp Wing and the Duxbury Stockade. It would be great to arrange a time to meet on site to take a tour and talk more about what you are looking for. Alternatively, I could call you at your convenience to gather some more information.
