Leadership Lunches Leadership Lunches are a two-way exchange of information – an opportunity for teens from Crossroads for Kids year-round programs to explore career and education options, and an opportunity for corporate and community leaders to meet energetic, bright young people preparing to take their place in society. Work with us to plan a brown bag lunch or host a Crossroads programmatic event at your place of business. Learn more about this high-impact program! Event Sponsorship Sponsoring one of Crossroads for Kids events is a powerful way to associate your brand with the important work being done for the leaders of tomorrow. Benefits of sponsorship include: access to a targeted demographic, employee team-building, speaking and naming opportunities, event signage, and more. Please talk to us about individual and corporate sponsorship opportunities available. • Urban Campfire: The Urban Campfire in May hosts over 150 of Boston’s community and business leaders with 110% of the proceeds going to serve the young people who benefit from our summer and year-round programs. • The Rodman Ride for Kids: Put together a company team and join Crossroads for Kids in September by participating in the Rodman Ride for Kids; a fantastic one day cycling event to raise money for our programs. • The 10Event: Join Crossroads for Kids for our signature South Shore event held in November at Black Rock Country Club in Hingham, MA. Revamp the Camp Service Days Spring of Fall From intimate groups of 10 staff, to corporate wide initiatives as large as 300, bring your organization to a Crossroads for Kids Revamp the Camp Service Day. Volunteers participate in a half day project (i.e. building needed outdoor furniture, painting buildings, restoring nature paths, etc.) If desired, each Revamp the Camp project can culminate in a group cookout. Bond with colleagues, enjoy the outdoors, and know that every garden you plant, and every cabin you paint, will make thousands of children smile for years to come. Cause Marketing Increase positive brand recognition and customer loyalty while raising funds for Crossroads for Kids. Our staff is available to help develop marketing tools to make clients and customers aware of your cause marketing program. • Register Campaign: Invite your customers to become heroes for Crossroads by offering special items for sale or pledging a percentage of purchases to Crossroads for Kids. • Make “Change”: Make change one sale at a time by asking customers to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to Crossroads for Kids. Corporate Retreat Space in a Beautiful Setting Hold your company picnic or business retreat/training at our beautiful Camp Wing in Duxbury with meeting space and overnight winterized facilities. We can cater all meals, as well as facilitate team building activities for your staff in a beautiful natural setting.
